We are a well-established interior and engineering services company founded in 2011, to deliver full-service design, engineering, construction management and project management solutions for enterprises, homes and industries.
Initially we will obtain certain basic information from prospective clients such as their name, contact details and requirement and make necessary correspondence to arrange a kickstart meeting.
Our project starts with a kickstart meeting with the clients to officially come in contract for the upcoming project. This meeting serves as a necessary step in analysing client needs and matching with business possibilities.
Initial interior design concepts based on kickstart meeting will be presented to client for Preliminary Design Review. Usually we offer 3 to 4 concepts for the client to review.
Based on the pitched concepts, we will have another discussion with client to gather their inputs on design changes if any. If they are satisfied with one of the concepts, we will finalize it for execution - or we will revise the concept based on comments.
Once the final design concept is agreed upon, the client may initiate purchase order and sign up with us for project execution.
The timeline for the project is drawn; necessary planning is made with schedule of material and manpower; smooth execution adhering to the safety standards and our quality measures.
